People who have respiratory diseases, pregnant women and children should not use the essential oils except having supervision from a doctor or trained aromatherapist. As mentioned before that all of the essential oils can cause the allergy reaction, therefore, you cannot apply them into your skin undiluted. If you have a plan to apply essential oil directly into your skin, then you have to add 1 ounce of carrier oil for 3 or 6 drops of your essential oil. You have to get a skin patch test first before a real application. You only need to apply a few carrier and essential oil in your small patch skin at least 24 hours before your real application. It allows you to know whether its combination causes any reaction or even allergic. Then you do not consume the essential oils.
